Refund policy

Cancellations before dispatch
If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, we'll refund you less a cancellation fee of 6% of the price paid (3.5% for orders paid in NZD). This covers non-refundable payment processing, currency conversion and exchange rate costs. Any freight costs we've already paid will also be deducted.

Change-of-mind returns
Unused bikes in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is at your cost. Original shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable. Orders cancelled after dispatch, or refused on delivery, are treated as returns.

Faulty products
None of the above affects your rights if a product is faulty. Contact us at contact@manta5.com and we'll sort it out under our warranty and your consumer rights.
