Privacy Policy for the Manta5 Application

When you visit the mobile application, we use Bluetooth services on your device (which may require GPS services to enable Bluetooth search for your device). Bluetooth services are required to connect to any Manta5 Hydrofoiler. Most functionality of the application requires a connection to a Manta5 Hydrofoiler.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application. As noted above, this will significantly limit the functionality of the application.

The Application does not require you to register or provide personal information. This Application does not collect or share personal information.

When connected to your Manta5 Hydrofoiler Manta5, this Application will display real time battery data (relating to your Manta5 Hydrofoiler battery). The application will also enable you to download battery health data direct from your Manta5 Hydrofoiler battery (in the form of a log file) that you can share with the Manta5 Customer Support team for assistance. The log file is downloaded via the Bluetooth connection with the Manta5 Hydrofoil bike, and is a manual process that you must select. This process does not run in the background.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
