How fast can I expect to learn to ride?

If you can ride a bike and swim you will be able to ride the Hydrofoiler XE-1. Certain techniques like the submerged launch take more time to master. Does the bike come in different sizes?

The ergonomics of the handlebars, seat and pedals means that one bike fits a family of different sized riders. Rider’s up to 220lbs (100kgs) are able to launch and foil.
