The Manta5 Events and Sales teams recently spent last month travelling from the East to the West coast showcasing our hydrofoil eBikes for the first in U.S. waters.
The tour started off in San Francisco for a press tour & meetings with our U.S. PR agency amongst exploring riding locations. Aquatic Park served as the ideal foiling spot with views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate bridge giving our riders, Stacey and Rory, the ultimate ‘love your job’ moment whilst also capturing great U.S. content.

Our CEO, Greg, and events manager, Stacey, were interviewed by KCSNews Radio and we’ve lined up several other publications to test out the bike in January when the team head back over for the CES 2020 Expo in Las Vegas.
Next the team flew over to Florida for the 60th Annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS). With over 110,000 visitors, our bikes drew crowds of watersports, boating and cycling lovers from all parts of the world. The 4 day sales event had the team meeting not only some of our earliest adopter customers from the other side of the world, but also eager potential distributors and we welcomed several new customers as they join us in pioneering cycling’s new frontier. Post FLIBS, the team headed over to Miami for a few content shoot days foiling through waterways, islands and around the city. We captured footage throughout Fort Lauderdale, in and around Miami as well as foiling over to Fisher Island where the tour would end with a Hydrofoiler auctioned off at the 32nd Annual Superyacht Rendezvous to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County Charity.
Overall, the tour was highly successful and we loved showcasing the world’s first hydrofoil eBike in the States. Check out our recap video below!
